A story of legacy and passion
Anahi has its roots in Paris. Imagined by Carmina Lebrero and her sister in the 1980s, the address quickly became iconic for its artistic soul, bold Argentine cuisine… and its unique atmosphere.

A menu inspired by Argentina and South America
At Anahi, meat takes center stage. Carefully selected and wood-fired using traditional Argentine techniques, each cut reveals bold, deep flavors. Alongside iconic specialties — bife ancho, picanha, asado, and more — the menu highlights South American influences, ancestral recipes, and high-quality ingredients. To begin, a selection of authentic and generous starters: handcrafted empanadas, reimagined pan con tomate, crispy croquetas, and fine Iberian charcuterie… A vibrant tribute to Argentina and its fiery, emotional cuisine, made to be shared without moderation.

From Monday to Friday, the restaurant features a varied lunch set menu, designed to suit every appetite, with dishes inspired by traditional South American recipes. A perfect gourmet break for a quick lunch without compromise.
At weekends, it’s all about freedom and conviviality. Anahi invites you to discover the full range of the restaurant’s specialities, including its iconic fire-grilled meat cuts. A lunch defined by authenticity, bold flavours and the Argentinian art of living.
Signature cocktails by Colin Field
To elevate the Anahi experience, the cocktail menu was crafted by the legendary Colin Field — a true icon of mixology and head bartender at the Ritz Paris for over 25 years. Named the world’s best bartender multiple times, he brings his signature style to Anahi with creations that are both refined and daring. Inspired by his journey at the mythical Bar Hemingway and the spirit of Anahi itself, his cocktails blend sophistication with subtle nods to Latin flavors.

The Anahi restaurant welcomes you daily for lunch from 12:00pm to 2:30pm and for dinner from 7:30pm to 11:00pm.
