Anahi’s roots are in Paris. The brainchild of Carmina Lebrero and her sister, the restaurant has quickly gained a cult following for its artistic soul, distinctive Argentine cuisine… and unique ambience.
A true institution during Fashion Week, Anahi Paris established itself as a go-to spot for stars, designers, and the fashion world — all drawn by its authenticity and raw elegance.

A map inspired by Argentina and South America
Meat is the star at Anahi. Carefully selected, wood-grilled using traditional Argentine techniques, it reveals deep, clean flavours. Alongside iconic dishes – bife ancho, picanha, asado, etc. – the menu gives pride of place to South American influences, ancestral recipes and noble products. Opening with authentic and generous starters: handcrafted empanadas, pan con tomate revisited, crispy croquetas , or Iberian charcuterie… A vibrant tribute to Argentina, its cuisine of fire and emotion, to be shared without moderation.
Signature cocktails by Colin Field
To enhance the Anahi experience, the cocktail menu was devised by the legendary Colin Field, mixology icon and head bartender at the Ritz Paris for over 25 years. Repeatedly voted best bartender in the world, his unique creations are subtle, bold and elegant. Inspired by his journey to the mythical and the history of Anahi, his cocktails combine refinement with a nod to Latin flavors.
